Leadership Team  

  • Actively promoting the school’s Anti-Bullying Policy and associated procedures.
  • Demonstrating and encouraging appropriate, respectful behavior in daily interactions.
  • Educating students on the definitions, distinctions, and examples of bullying, social isolation, conflicts, and other forms of negative behavior.
  • Building resilience in students through teaching and support programs.
  • Practicing and modeling active listening to ensure all reported incidents are taken seriously.
  • Providing counseling and other necessary support services to affected individuals.
  • Offering guidance to parents through newsletters, workshops, and information sessions.
  • Coordinating meetings with involved parties when an incident is reported.
  • Strengthening the partnership between home and school by ensuring open communication and collaboration.

Teachers

At NextGen Montessori, teachers play a vital role in maintaining a supportive environment by

  • Advocating for the Anti-Bullying Policy and displaying key resources, such as posters, in classrooms.
  • Modeling respectful and appropriate behaviors for students to emulate.
  • Educating students on the differences between bullying, social exclusion, conflicts, and other disruptive behaviors.
  • Promoting resilience and encouraging problem-solving skills.
  • Actively listening to students’ concerns and addressing them promptly and sincerely.
  • Maintaining a strong partnership with parents by ensuring timely communication regarding incidents.
  • Keeping records of repeated behavioral issues to identify patterns and take proactive measures.
